2. 帳戶

使用部分功能需要登入（例如 Google 登入）。您須自行保護帳戶安全，並對帳戶下的所有行為負責。

3. 使用次數與配額

a) 本服務採每日使用次數制。免費方案每日提供固定次數，付費方案依所選方案提供更高配額。
b) 每日配額於每日 00:00（台灣時間，UTC+8）重置，未使用次數不累計至次日。
c) 若因系統錯誤導致次數異常扣除，我們將視情況進行調整，但不保證所有情況均能完整返還。

4. 付款與退款

a) 付款由 Stripe 處理，我們不會儲存您的完整信用卡資訊。
b) 付費方案為月費訂閱制，依所選方案提供對應每日配額。
c) 退款將依個案處理，並考量使用情況及相關因素。本條款不排除、限制或修改您依適用消費者保護法律（包括澳洲消費者法）所享有之任何權利或救濟。
d) 若發生退款爭議或拒付，在法律與金流規範允許的範圍內，我們可能限制帳戶或暫停服務。

5. AI 生成內容免責

本服務提供之 AI 分析與回覆建議，僅供資訊參考與娛樂用途。該等內容由系統自動生成，可能不準確、不完整，或不適合您的具體情況。您應自行判斷是否採用任何生成內容，並對使用結果自行負責。本服務不對因採用 AI 建議所產生的任何後果負責。

6. 可接受使用規範

您不得將本服務用於：
- 違反任何法律或侵害第三方權利，
- 騷擾、跟蹤或傷害他人，

BlackCat LoveGuru is an AI-powered web service that helps users analyze chat messages and generate reply suggestions in various styles. All analysis and reply content provided by this service is automatically generated by AI and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional relationship, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to sign in (e.g., via Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Usage Quotas

a) The service operates on a daily usage quota basis. Free plans include a fixed number of uses per day; paid plans provide higher quotas depending on the selected plan.
b) Daily quotas reset at 00:00 Taiwan Time (UTC+8) each day. Unused quota does not carry over to the next day.
c) If a system error causes incorrect deduction of usage, we will review and address it on a case-by-case basis, but we do not guarantee full restoration in all circumstances.

4. Payments and Refunds

a) Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
b) Paid plans are monthly subscriptions providing the corresponding daily usage quota for the selected plan.
c) Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account usage and other relevant factors. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
d) Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or suspension where permitted by law and payment processor rules.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our service provides AI-generated analysis and reply suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Such outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
